Job Summary: ICS Corporation is seeking a dependable and versatile Facilities Associate/Industrial Electrician to join our Maintenance team. This hybrid role combines industrial electrical maintenance with general facilities maintenance to support the day-to-day operation of our warehouse facilities.
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, motor controls, sensors, VFDs, and related equipment.
  • Assist with electrical installations, wiring modifications, and equipment upgrades.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable codes and company safety standards.
  • Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
  • Maintain lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors, docks, walls, ceilings, and other building infrastructure.
  • Assist with HVAC, air compressors, and other facility support systems.
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs on production equipment as needed.
  • Complete facility improvement projects, equipment moves, painting, and miscellaneous repairs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and assist with emergency repairs when needed.

Qualifications
  • Technical school training, apprenticeship, or equivalent industrial electrical experience preferred.
  • 2-5 years of industrial electrical or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and understanding of industrial electrical systems.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and VFDs is a plus but not required.
  • Basic mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour
