Job description

Position: Program Controls Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site/Hybrid as applicable)
General Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Controls Analyst to support program management, engineering, and finance teams in monitoring cost, schedule, and resource performance. The role focuses on reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. This position supports mission-critical programs in a fast-paced environment.
Skills / Responsibilities:
  • Assist engineering teams and Program Management Office (PMO) staff
  • Interpret program performance data and identify key insights
  • Prepare reports in compliance with CDRLs and Earned Value Management (Formats 1-5)
  • Support preparation of financial briefings, presentations, and status reports
  • Assist Program Managers in identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans
  • Track cost, schedule, and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts
  • Support analysis and reporting activities across multiple program areas

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program controls, earned value management, or program finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
  • Ability to work effectively in both large and small organizations
  • Proposal experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Security Clearance Requirements:
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Salary Range:
  • $85,000 - $105,000 per year (based on experience)
