(V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.
We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:
  • Document Controller

Overview
This position is responsible for the design and review of training supporting the area's content expert and the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions. This role will perform tasks to support the business areas mainly focused on the development of training materials, training strategic projects for the site, facilitation of learning in operational areas and/or supporting reviews of training.
Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as document controller.
  • Monitor periodic review of training systems.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers for crafting new content and updating existing content. (Communication skills.)
  • Able to learn new systems to manage training transactions related to the assigned business area in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Basic Requirements (Preferrable)
  • 2-5 years of experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience in Learning and Development processes and standard operating procedures in a GMP facility.

Additional Skills / Preferences
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience using learning management software, learning request tools and document management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Windows formatting
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Ability to work with multiples priorities with minimum supervision.
