Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

The Executive Director, of Treasury Capital Markets, is responsible for managing NCR Voyix's financing and associated risk and will play an important role in long-term cash forecasting, capital structure, and capital allocation.

Functions and responsibilities include management of capital market transactions and ongoing debt compliance. Analyze and make recommendations on capital structure options/strategies to minimize the Company's cost of capital. Responsible for preparation of rating agency material, capital allocation analysis, cash flow forecasting and oversee pension.

The Treasury Executive Director currently manages one analyst and will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and energetic team culture, as well as developing junior resources both in their direct line and across the Treasury team. This position is a leader in the Company's Finance organization and will work regularly with executive management. The position reports directly to the Treasurer and is located in Atlanta, GA.

Manage access to the capital markets, including participating in the negotiation of financing agreements taking into account the needs of the Company and the alternatives available in the market

Subject matter expert on company credit agreements - understanding loan operations and covenant and performing compliance calculations

Ensure compliance with credit agreements and submit quarterly deliverables to lenders

Oversee and advise on the Company's insurance programs

Validate key capital markets assumptions, including WACC, for forecasting, planning, and project investment analysis

Lead NCR's capital allocation process, including lease versus buy analysis

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting. Lead SOX compliance and coordination efforts.

Prepare periodic financial information packages in support of communications with ratings agencies and lender group

Lead treasury interactions with the business development team Liaise with our banking partners and key business partners such as controllership, legal counsel, tax, and other advisors

Support the Treasurer and complete other project priorities as required, such as cash flow and capital structure analysis

Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and Board

Oversee pension process and reporting in partnership with controllership

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years of related experience with previous treasury experience with a large, multi-national publicly traded company

A CPA and/or CFA is strongly preferred

Prior experience negotiating a credit agreement

Prior experience with capital structure modeling and cash flow forecasting Strong analytical and project management skills

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
