The Kent Kwik Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. Store Managers are also responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall store operation including but not limited to controlling expenses, cash and inventory shortages. Other responsibilities include maximizing inventory sales, profits and meeting and exceeding sales profit goals.Essential Functions:Goal oriented and outgoing personality.Trains and develops team members.Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.Cash handling experience.Provides customer engagement in positive and approachable manner.Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.Independently stocks and recovers merchandise in the store.Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.Performs other duties as assigned.
