POSITION TITLE: Finance Controlling Manager

DESCRIPTION: Plan and manage financial functions, optimize financial performance, and provide financial oversight including budgeting, audits, tax compliance, accounting, forecasting, and insurance processes and reporting for Elkhart Plant to support production of heavy-duty batteries for buses and related. Analyze and evaluate plant Rate of Return (RoR), investment, depreciation, working capital, financial performance, expense performance (costs), cash flow, and profitability trends, and identify financial and operational risks, cost optimization strategies and countermeasures. Prepare financial reports including monthly and quarterly forecasts, Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT), cash flow swings, cost measures calculations, financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Manufacturing Indicators (KMIs) according to internal principles, IFRS, and GAAP. Conduct production analysis of sales, purchasing, production, logistics, General & Administration (G&A), and quality organizations using SAP Finance-Controlling (FI-CO) and Material Management (MM) modules, including Scrap and Rework, for the production of batteries. Bachelor, Accounting, Finance, or related. Twelve months’ experience as Plant Controller, Country Controller, or related, conducting production analysis of sales, purchasing, production, logistics, General & Administration (G&A), and quality organizations using SAP Finance-Controlling (FI-CO) and Material Management (MM) modules, or related.

RATE OF PAY: $100,000.00 per annum
