Job description

A well-established, privately held company serving the construction and property services industry on Cape Cod is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead its accounting function during an exciting period of growth.

You'll oversee full-cycle accounting, including the general ledger, month-end and year-end close, payroll, AP/AR, cash flow, financial reporting, and job costing for project-based work. This role partners closely with ownership to improve processes, strengthen financial visibility, and support forecasting and strategic planning.

What we're looking for:

* Strong full-cycle accounting and financial reporting experience
