Job description

Assistant Controller | Hybrid (2–3 Days Onsite) We are partnering with a large, global organization seeking an Assistant Controller to join a collaborative and growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to move beyond traditional accounting responsibilities and gain exposure to financial reporting, process transformation, automation initiatives, and cross-functional business partnership. Key Responsibilities: • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations • Prepare financial reporting and analyze balance sheet and P&L activity • Own key account reconciliations and support audit activities • Investigate and resolve intercompany transactions • Partner on finance transformation projects focused on automation, process improvements, and standardization • Assist with internal controls and technical accounting initiatives Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required • CPA, CPA-track, or MBA preferred • 3+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or complex industry environments • Strong analytical and communication skills • ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, HFM, etc.) preferred • Interest in systems, process improvement, and business partnership strongly preferred Why Consider This Opportunity: • Hybrid work environment (2–3 days onsite) • Exposure to systems, automation, and finance transformation initiatives • Highly visible role with strong leadership interaction • Opportunity for growth within a large, global organization If interested, apply directly or reach out for additional details.
