What is a controller in accounting?

Their role is essential in maintaining the financial integrity and accuracy of a company’s finances.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a controller in accounting?

To thrive as a Controller in Accounting, you need in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, typically backed by a CPA or similar credential and a relevant degree.
