Responsibilities
Assist controller in distribution of company and department needs, while
anticipating capacity
Bank reconciliation
Work with AP to meet monthly deadlines
Clean up entries supported by manager approval with strong
understanding of general ledger and correcting when necessary
All company schedules (VW/Chevy) - daily reconciling and weekly
distribution of consolidated schedules to staffers and controller
Enter all dealer trade activity and reconcile general ledger
Assist coworkers and customer in a positive and professional manner
Back up for deposit preparation
Projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience required
  • Computer skills required; Experience with Google Suite a plus and excel experience necessary
