Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant to support our accounting and administrative operations. This position will assist with accounts payable, payroll support, data entry, reconciliations, and general office tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment..
Essential Functions:
  • Assist with accounts payable processing.
  • Enter AP invoices, receipts, and financial data accurately
  • Support payroll processing
  • Reconcile bank credit card statements
  • Maintain organized accounting and vendor files
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal staff professionally
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  • Track and maintain licensing and state registration compliance
  • Spearhead insurance renewal annually
  • Maintain equipment numbers and update listings
  • Monitor level of accounting supplies and office supplies to ensure adequate inventory.

Other Tasks:
  • Answer phone and relay messages.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
