Managerof Corporate Compliance

The Manager of CorporateCompliance will have day-to-day responsibility for developing, implementing andmanaging Ducommun's export compliance program, including compliance withthe International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export AdministrationRegulations (EAR), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs). This role will also serve as Ducommun's Department of Defense (DoD) facility security officer(FSO) and manage our Foreign Corrupt Practices (FCPA) program, including the U.K. Bribery Act andother applicable anti-bribery prohibitions. This role will also manage Ducommun's System for Award Management (SAM) registrations for U.S.government contracting and (vii) Joint Certification Program(JCP)registrations for U.S. government contracting. The Corporate Compliance Manager will also work with other functional groups within Ducommunto ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

Job Summary

• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government, and Ducommun Corporate regulations, rules, policies and guidance on international business
• Serve as the Empowered Official and coordinate import/export activities and compliance issues at all Ducommun performance centers
• Create, maintain, update and train export/import compliance policies, procedures, guidance and internal control programs
• Establish and maintain: Export/import centralized files and databases of approved licenses; All documentation required for Technology Transfer Control Plans; and records of data released pursuant to licenses/agreements
• Determine licensing and commodity classification requirements applicable to DCO business activities
• Prepare all license request applications for ITAR and EAR-controlled items, and submit applications with the appropriate agencies
• Prepare Commodity Jurisdiction requests to State Department for all business units
• Provide or oversee export compliance training for employees
• Ensure Company's compliance with all requirements of exports licenses, conditions to agreements and Technology Control Plans
• Act as primary point of contact with the U.S. Departments of State U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. Customs on all import/export issues
• Screen foreign visitors against Office of Foreign Asset Control sanctions lists and approve foreign visitor requests
• Screen third party vendors and others requesting access to Ducommun's FTP servers
• Approve the processing of personnel security clearances /PARs
• Review, approve and prepare DD254s
• Training existing FSOs and developing them
• Conducting security education and awareness training for FSOs across the organization
• Preparing for security compliance reviews and audit, both internal and external
• Maintaining accountability and control of cleared documents, COMSEC materials and equipment
• Ensuring that compliant security briefings and debriefings are conducted at cleared locations
• Supporting local FSOs with administrative inquiries and investigations
• Collecting data for metrics and analytics
• Maintaining and updating company-wide FCPA trainings and maintaining compliance with applicable recordkeeping requirements
• Tracking and updating all applicable data privacy requirements, including CCPA and GDPR, and working with the Company's Head of IT to ensure compliance
• Working with the Company's legal department and supply chain management personnel to ensure all applicable FARs and DFARs requirements are tracked and flowed down as applicable
• Working with the Company's local management and legal department to maintain applicable SAM registrations
