Job description

Philadelphia contractor seeks a Controller to provide leadership for the financial operations of the Company.

Weekly, monthly and annual reporting. Tax filings and coordination of documentation for all labor union and business tax related audits.

Construction experience is a plus as this pro will prepare monthly construction contract schedules, be responsible for the monthly job cost report process, and overseeing job costs.

Strong software and computer skills.

Strong leadership skills, inspire and motivate others and take initiative in guiding team.
