Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
  • Oversee financial reporting, consolidations, audit coordination, and internal controls

  • Develop, mentor, and lead domestic and international accounting team members
  • Partner closely with the CFO and operational leaders to support business objectives
  • Remain hands-on in the accounting function, assisting with technical accounting and journal entries as needed

  • Manufacturing accounting leadership experience in a Controller, Division Controller, Plant Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting leadership role
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, close processes, and internal controls
  • Experience leading multi-location and/or international accounting teams
  • Public accounting foundation, CPA, private equity experience, and Epicor ERP experience are highly preferred
  • Proven track record of process improvement, team development, and collaborative leadership
