Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data and statements.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, including expense management and internal accounting procedures.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, sub ledgers, and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure proper documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Support payroll processes, including time reporting, account reconciliation, and internal controls.
• Manage billing, collections, and credit functions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly financial and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive financial management experience, with strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems required; familiarity with Global Shop Solutions is a plus.
• Background in manufacturing, R&D, and product development strongly preferred.
• Cost accounting and government contracting experience, including work with DCAA/DCMA auditors, is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, sound business judgment, and analytical thinking.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, creativity, and the ability to make timely, difficult decisions.
