What is Controlled Remote Viewing?

Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) is a structured technique developed to help individuals describe or give details about a target location, object, or event that is hidden from physical view and separated at a distance. Originally developed for military and intelligence purposes, CRV involves a series of steps or stages that guide the viewer to access and record impressions about the target. The process is intended to minimize conscious bias and maximize intuitive perception. Today, CRV is used by some for research, personal development, and investigative purposes.
