  • Lead onsite AV installations across residential and commercial projects (Control4, structured cabling, surveillance, audio, etc.)
  • Supervise subcontractors or internal team members on multi-day projects
  • Build clean, organized AV racks and document work thoroughly using Jobber and MS Teams
  • Report site progress, materials, and scheduling updates clearly and consistently
  • Respond to service tickets and customer support issues (some handled remotely)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 environments and general server administration (training provided if needed)
  • Highly independent, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions in the field
  • Must bring your own tools (e.g., drill, tester, hand tools); ladders and large equipment provided
  • Clean driving record and comfort using a company-provided take-home vehicle
  • Strong communication and documentation habits
  • No freelance or side AV work—this is a full-time, committed team role

Benefits

  • Company vehicle (take-home), gas card, iPad, phone, and laptop provided
  • Weekly team syncs and strong internal communication culture
  • Reimbursement for training and certifications
  • Employer pays 50% of a private health
  • Potential for bonus opportunities based on referrals or project success
