Job Objectiveย 

Asย aย Solutions Architectย โ€“ Migration and Modernizationย at Cloudelligent, you will take end-to-end ownership of designing, selling, and delivering secure, compliant, and scalable AWS solutions. This is aย hands-on role that combines presales responsibilities with deep technical execution. You will lead architecture design, support presales engagements, and implement AWS Control Towerโ€“based landing zones while driving complex cloud migration and modernization initiatives for customers.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Lead presales technical engagements by working closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, design solutions, and contribute to proposals, estimates, and statements of work.ย 

  • Architect, build, and operate multi-account AWS environments using AWS Control Tower, AWS Organizations, Landing Zones, IAM, and Service Control Policies (SCPs).ย 

  • Own cloud migration initiatives from discovery and assessment through execution, validation, and post-migration optimization.ย 

  • Hands-on implementation of secure, compliant, and well-architected AWS solutions aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework and regulatory requirements.ย 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and/or AWS CDK to automate provisioning and governance.ย 

  • Implement identity, security, and access management solutions using IAM, AWS SSO, encryption, and security monitoring services.ย 

  • Design and deploy containerized and modern application platforms using Docker, ECS, EKS, and Kubernetes.ย 

  • Build and integrate CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to support scalable and repeatable cloud deployments.ย 

  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure operational excellence and security visibility.ย 

  • Conduct AWS Well-Architected Framework Reviews (WAFR) and lead remediation efforts.ย 

  • Advise customers on cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices.ย 

  • Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives using AWS cost management tools and FinOps best practices.ย 

Requirementsย 

  • 8+ years ofย hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS architectures in customer-facing roles.ย 

  • Strong expertise with AWS Control Tower, AWS Organizations, Landing Zones, IAM, and Service Control Policies (SCPs).ย 

  • Proven experience leading cloud migration and modernization projects.ย 

  • Advanced experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.ย 

  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes (ECS/EKS).ย 

  • Strong understanding of AWS security, compliance, monitoring, and operational best practices.ย 

  • Experience supporting presales activities including solution design, technical presentations, and client workshops.ย 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused mindset.ย
