Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred,

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Model-Based Systems Engineer for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the next generation of Strategic Weapon Systems using cutting-edge MBSE methodologies and digital engineering practices.

We encourage you to apply if you have hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Systems and Test Engineering, Requirements Management, and Agile Development.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including direct hands-on experience with industry-leading MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams
  • Experience applying MBSE to architect complex systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis
  • Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards with an MBSE-first mindset

  • Experience working within DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks to support digital engineering initiatives
