What's a good job for someone with high anxiety?

A Control Room Assistant role can be suitable for individuals with high anxiety if the environment is calm and structured, as it often involves monitoring systems and following procedures. However, personal comfort levels vary, so assessing the specific work environment is important.

Control room operators typically need a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant technical training or certifications depending on the industry. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate monitoring equipment are essential. Some roles may require prior experience or specialized certifications such as safety or technical licenses.

Control room operators typically earn an average salary ranging from $40,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience, industry, and location. Salaries can vary based on the complexity of the environment, required certifications, and shift schedules.
