Position: SAP GRC Consultant
Location : Raritan, NJ - Onsite
Type of Hire :- Full Time Permanent Role
Role Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
• Experience in SAP Security and GRC implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in SAP GRC modules: Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management.
• Responsible to designs, implements, and supports SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions (specifically Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management)
• Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, identify conflicts, and design mitigation strategies.
• Configure and deploy SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM), Process Control (PC), and Risk Management (RM) modules
• Design and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorization objects
• Define and update rule sets to identify and mitigate SoD violations and critical access.
• Perform, monitor, and report on GRC compliance and audit trails, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Configure Firefighter IDs (EAM), User Access Review (UAR) workflows, and user provisioning.
• Perform SAP risk assessments and design appropriate GRC controls to address compliance requirements.
• Perform regular system checks to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
• Support internal and external audits (SOX, GDPR, and organizational policies). Ensure systems adhere to regulatory standards and corporate security policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Strong expertise in SAP GRC modules: Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management.
• Solid understanding of SAP Security concepts across ECC, S/4HANA, HANA, and Fiori.
• Knowledge of ERP control frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX).
• Hands-on experience performing SoD analysis, role creation, and authorization design
