ENVOLTURA DEL MERCADO DE CARNE DEBERES: -Control de fechas y rotación adecuada de todos los productos cárnicos. -Comprobación de cortes para garantizar calidad de aspecto y viaje. -Seguir los procedimientos adecuados de seguridad y saneamiento. -Ayuda a mantener recuentos de inventario precisos. -Embalaje de carnes y trabajo de vitrinas en el Departamento -Observar el mantenimiento y saneamiento adecuados de la báscula. -Deberes adicionales según lo asignado por Meat Manager on Duty. HABILIDADES: Habilidad para estar cerca o alrededor del equipo para picar y cortar carne en el Departamento mientras está en funcionamiento. EXIGENCIAS FÍSICAS DEL PUESTO: Debe poder levantar y controlar hasta 40 libras. Esta posición implica estar de pie, caminar, estirarse, torcerse, doblarse/agacharse y movimientos repetitivos de brazos y manos.
