Join our team at Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN)!

Shift: 3-11

Work 5 weekends in a row (Saturday & Sunday) and get the 6th off!

RN Pay: $55 an hour

LPN Pay: $50 an hour

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Nurse (RN/LPN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Nurse (RN/LPN):

  • Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

  • Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

  • Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

  • Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Nurse (RN/LPN):

  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Rhode Island.

  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

  • Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
