Description
Job Functions:
  • Maintain sustainable customer relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Assist both Transit and Mining Parts Sales with needed duties.
  • Support and track parts for our Liberty Car product line and contractual spare parts.
  • Assist with flow of rebuild transit parts.
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date sales order backlog from Power BI.
  • Answer parts sales incoming calls and email quickly to provide support.
  • Process orders and provide any clerical/data entry support needed.
  • Initiate and log customer service claims.
  • Capture and coordinate lead times from Purchasing and MRP.
  • Support customers through alternative parts solutions.
  • Initiate expediting process for in-house and purchased goods.
  • Aid in the organization of shipments and deliveries.
  • Work efficiently with other departments on quoting, part development, and changes.
  • Other functions as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to read and decipher blueprints and schematics.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
  • Active listening and learning skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented.
