The Senior Project Manager serves as the executive leader responsible for the successful delivery of large, complex projects while driving client satisfaction, business growth, and team performance. This role provides clear leadership, management, and accountability for multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives, policies, and values. The Senior Project Manager owns key client relationships and oversees account performance across multiple projects, balancing customer satisfaction with commercial and contractual integrity. They lead all phases of project execution—engineering, procurement, and construction—by establishing strategies, managing risk, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining strong financial discipline. In addition, the Senior Project Manager contributes to business development through relationship building, opportunity identification, and strategic planning, while proactively managing and mitigating project and portfolio risks.   • 8+ years of progressive experience in EPC projects, including leading large, complex, or multidisciplinary projects.
  • Proven experience managing all EPC phases—engineering, procurement, and construction—with strong financial, schedule, and quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, lead crossfunctional teams, and manage contractual and commercial responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools and familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., OSHA 30hour).
  • Travel 30% or as needed, by air and ground.
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS
