Guides students through reading comprehension approaches, grammar error identification, calculator versus no-calculator math strategies, and grid-in question techniques. Emphasizes strategic guessing and score optimization through official practice tests.
  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with SAT format changes, common student challenges including passage pacing, algebra word problems, and advanced math topics. Adapts instruction using official College Board materials, diagnostic assessments to target weaknesses, and personalized study plans. Requires minimum SAT score of 1420 and experience helping students achieve 100+ point improvements.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
