Job description

The Solution Architectserves as the strategic and technical lead for ourmodern data and analytics ecosystem, integrating key platforms such asAutodesk,e-Builder,CxAlloy,Palantir,Workday, andOracle. This role ensures scalable, secure, and governed data solutions that enable advanced analytics, cost control, performance insights, and streamlined project delivery across the enterprise.

The Solution Architect bridgesbusiness strategyandtechnology execution, providing architectural leadership to delivertrusted, interoperable, and high-value data assetsacross the full asset lifecycle from design and construction to operations and financial management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Define and maintain theend-to-end enterprise data architectureintegrating construction management, financial, and operational systems.

  • Design scalable, performance-optimizeddata solutionsspanning Autodesk (design/BIM), e-Builder (project management), CxAlloy (commissioning and facility performance), Workday (financials/HR), Oracle (ERP), and Palantir (data analytics).

  • Architect robustdata pipelines and modelsto unify project, asset, cost, and workforce data for enterprise reporting and analytics.

  • Enable cross-platformdata sharing and automation, leveraging APIs, middleware, and data integration frameworks (e.g., MuleSoft, Fivetran, or equivalent).

  • Overseedata visualization and insight delivery, delivering governed self-service dashboards and reports for executives, project managers, and field teams.

Governance & Standards

  • Define enterprisedata architecture standards, including modeling conventions, naming policies, and data quality frameworks.

  • Collaborate with governance, security, and compliance teams to ensure all data flows adhere tocorporate, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Championmetadata management, data lineage, and auditability across all core construction and business systems.

  • Ensure integration and data sharing comply with contractual obligations and third-party partner requirements.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as atrusted advisorto operations, finance, project controls, and IT teams-translating complex construction workflows into sustainable data architecture.

  • Partner withdata engineers, business analysts, application owners, and integration specialiststo ensure alignment across product, project, and portfolio levels.

  • Mentor teams ondata architecture principles, analytics best practices, and the effective use of Autodesk, e-Builder, and other core systems.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate and recommend emergingDevelopment/Construction technology and data integration tools(e.g., Autodesk Data Connector, Oracle Analytics, or Palantir Foundry) for enterprise adoption.

  • Leadproof-of-concept initiativesto validate new approaches for project analytics, predictive insights, and automation.

  • Continuously monitor and optimizedata performance, processing efficiency, andcloud costsacross multi-system integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

  • US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts.

  • 8+ years of experience indata architecture, data engineering, or analytics solution design, preferably within construction, engineering, or asset management industries.

  • Strong understanding ofdata governance, lineage, and metadata management.

  • Experience designing and managingAPI-led integrations and analytics ecosystems.

  • Excellentcommunication and documentation skills, able to present architectural options to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience withconstruction technology ecosystemsintegrating design, cost, and performance management data.

  • Proven expertise integrating and optimizing:

    • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)orBIM 360

    • e-Builder(Project and Cost Management)

    • CxAlloy(Commissioning, Operations Data)

    • Palantir Foundry(Data Fusion and Analytics)

    • Workday(Finance, HR, and Resource Planning)

    • Oracle Cloud / Primavera / Unifier(ERP, project, and asset systems)

  • Knowledge ofBIM data structures,digital twinframeworks, and field data integration.

  • Certifications such asAutodesk Certified Professional,Oracle Cloud Data Architect, orWorkday Integration Architect.

  • Experience inmulti-tenant or large-scale construction portfolio environments.
