This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys driving innovation with measurable business impact.

Accountabilities

As a Patient and Site Solutions Enablement Project Manager, you will lead technology implementation and process transformation initiatives while ensuring successful adoption across global teams.

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of new technologies, systems, and business processes that support feasibility, patient engagement, and site solutions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for feasibility systems and workflows, promoting consistency, efficiency, and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, functional experts, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver successful technology implementations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee contracted activities, and communicate business requirements throughout development and deployment.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain training materials, process documentation, performance metrics, and proposal-ready capability resources.
  • Design and deliver training and communication programs that support system adoption, user engagement, and effective change management.
  • Support the development, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of new technology solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and help maximize return on investment through increased adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments while serving as a key point of escalation for implementation challenges and process-related issues.
  • Prepare performance reports, analyze operational data, and present insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in feasibility, clinical research operations, technology enablement, or related process improvement roles.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading technology implementation, vendor management, and organizational change initiatives within the clinical research industry.
  • Strong understanding of feasibility processes, clinical trial workflows, and technology platforms supporting site selection and patient engagement.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience collecting, interpreting, and presenting operational metrics and performance data.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, assess risks, develop contingency plans, and make sound business decisions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, and matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to approximately 10%) as required.
  • A scientific or clinical degree with additional experience in feasibility process enablement is considered an advantage.
Benefits:

The company offers a collaborative, inclusive, and globally connected work environment designed to support professional growth, innovation, and employee wellbeing.

  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful clinical research initiatives that improve patient outcomes worldwide.
  • Flexible remote working environment with collaboration across international teams.
  • Exposure to innovative technologies and large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture that values diversity, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunities for professional development, career progression, and cross-functional learning.
