Company Description

The On Premise Festival & 3rd Party Event Specialist plays a critical role in bringing to life Red Bull's national festival and third-party event strategy, by always positioning the brand at the center of regional and national music festivals & third-party events. The ideal candidate will help strengthen Red Bull's long-standing history in the global festival and event landscape by bringing to life best in class standards/activations which blend creative vision, operational excellence and partner collaboration. This role is responsible for the planning, development, management, and execution of partnered music festivals and third-party events within their territory and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, Culture Marketing, Media Network, Distribution, Trade Marketing, Field Marketing and Red Bull Legal. Success will be measured through strengthening Red Bull's brand image, increasing consumption & consumer pull within all partnered Music Festivals and 3rd Party Events.

Job Description

PLANNING

Market Trends and Insights: Keep your finger on the pulse of music industry and cultural trends in the Midwest with promoters, festivals, and events, sharing valuable insights with regional and national leadership to guide consumer analysis and inform business strategies. Monitor competitive activity and emerging opportunities.

Market Mapping and Forecasting: Identify, track and forecast all music festivals and third -party events across the Midwestern region of the US, with a focus on key markets and growth trends.

Partnerships: Align and negotiate festivals and event partnerships, leveraging regional target lists to drive strategic brand presence and growth.

On Site Execution: Ensure Red Bull's on-site plan supports national business priorities and meets brand guidelines.

Business Planning: Support the collaborative business planning process with regional teams.

Festival Segment & Marketing Framework: Support the Festival & Event team and cross functional departments to develop and execute festival strategies across 10+ festival and 30+ third party event annually, ensuring consistency with Red Bull's marketing framework and business objectives. 

Contract Rights & Management: Support sponsorship agreements, rights management, deliverable tracking, and partnership fulfillment process. Ensure all contracted assets are accurately documented, executed, and reported.  

EXECUTION

Strategy implementation: Support implementation of approved event strategies through coordination of product guidelines, operational procedures, staffing plans, and execution standards.

Internal Processes: Coordinate logistics orders, ticketing, hospitality needs, on-site staff, and event credential approvals.

Partnership Alignment: Support relationships with festival organizers, concessionaires, venue operators, and sponsorship teams to ensure contractual obligations and Red Bull execution standards are delivered as negotiated.

Vendor & Agency Management: External Production Teams- who deliver, set-up, and strike all event infrastructure and activation items. Coordinate with approved external production agencies, fabrication partners, creative vendors, printers, and logistics suppliers responsible for delivering event infrastructure, activation, and branded assets. 

Venue Management: Support the management of live event and venue partnerships through effective relationship management, executional excellence, product coordination, and performance reporting.

Event Reporting: Support with event recaps, performance reporting, photo documentation, partnership evaluations, and post-event analysis. Track KPI's including sales performance, consumer engagement, and contractual deliverables.

Cross Departmental Collaboration: Drive regional collaboration to ensure the festival marketing framework is strategically deployed across key festivals and events in the Midwestern U.S., maximizing alignment, execution quality, and overall impact.

Administrative & Meeting Coordination: Maintain action items lists, budget tracking documents, credential databases, ticket allocation, meeting notes, project documentation to ensure alignment across stakeholders and timely completion of deliverables.

Organization: Maintain clean spreadsheets and documents tracking budget changes, deliverables and on-site details.

WHERE YOU WILL SUPPORT

Festival & Event Specialists across RBNA on large projects and on-site activations as needed.

Festival & Event Operations Manager on new tool development, creation, and implementation.

Organization holistically by sharing best practices to maximize brand presence and consumer pull in accordance with US festival / On Premise event strategy.

BUDGET

Manage project budgets, implementing strategic budget frameworks that drive efficiencies and maximize impact through economies of scale across multi-event and promoter partnerships.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in live event production and experiential marketing, with proven festival experience

Strategic planning and orchestration of multi-layered event programs at Music Festivals & Events

Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners to ensure efficient and high-quality program delivery

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Established relationships within the festival and live events industry

Experienced in managing $200k+ budgets and multiple projects simultaneously

Deep understanding of the Midwestern festival and event landscape

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Confident, collaborative leader who fosters team culture and gains buy-in from key partners

Experience navigating safety concerns and de-escalation in large crowds

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, project management platforms, and budget tracking tools.  

Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while driving projects forward.  

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - 108,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
