Pay Comments: W2

Minimum Pay (per hour): 60.41

Maximum Pay (per hour): 67.13

Hours: Full-time

Duration: Approx. 6 Month Assignment

What You'll Do

  • Analyze operational data, including vehicle telemetry, service logs, and dispatch information, to identify critical trends and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders across fleet operations, safety, and engineering.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet performance, mission success, operational readiness, and overall efficiency.
  • Ensure the accuracy, structure, and reliability of datasets used for all analytical purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to understand their reporting needs and critical business questions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust data insights and reporting solutions, working hand-in-hand with engineering and product teams.
  • Empower self-service analytics by creating well-documented datasets, reports, and dashboards for broader organizational use.
  • Clearly communicate complex data findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and performance gaps through rigorous data analysis.
  • Provide timely, data-driven recommendations to support critical operational decision-making.
  • Help establish structured feedback loops to capture, analyze, and share operational learnings across the organization.
  • Contribute to the automation of recurring reports and reduction of manual efforts wherever possible.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying, data manipulation, and in-depth analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets, transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Skilled at translating abstract business questions into concrete reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with operational, logistics, or fleet-related data.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Databricks or similar analytics platforms.
