What You’ll Do

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Lead full‑software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud‑native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Develop AI‑driven applications and integrate machine‑learning components to enhance automation.
• Mentor engineers, promote technical growth, and influence architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven practices and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven expertise in cloud‑native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
• Experience driving full‑software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML components using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated skills in DevOps engineering and platform tooling to enhance engineering productivity.
• Data‑driven decision‑making capabilities to define metrics and optimize development processes.
• Effective collaboration and mentorship skills to support technical growth and team success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Or 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences, implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock options.
