Full Stack Software Engineer (Java / React / AWS)
About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong backend development expertise and modern frontend development experience to build scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications. This role focuses approximately 60% on backend development and 40% on frontend development, leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, and AWS technologies.
You will participate in the design, development, and optimization of cloud-native applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to innovative solutions utilizing modern software engineering and AI-driven technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern web technologies.
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices supporting enterprise applications.
  • Execute software design, development, testing, and technical troubleshooting activities while solving complex business and technical challenges.
  • Create secure, high-quality production code and implement software solutions aligned with architectural standards and best practices.
  • Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure successful implementation through software development.
  • Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
  • Analyze large and diverse datasets to develop insights, reporting, and visualizations that improve system performance and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize AI/ML-enabled tools and techniques to identify trends, optimize system architecture, and improve software quality where applicable.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Support CI/CD practices, application resiliency initiatives, and security-focused development.
  • Contribute to engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and emerging technology adoption.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture built on respect and diversity.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Java
    • Spring Boot
    • REST APIs
    • Microservices Architecture
    • PostgreSQL
    • React
    • JavaScript
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and secure coding practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
