OVERVIEW

 The Farm Tractor Driver is responsible for safely transporting harvested sugarcane from field locations to the conveyor ramp site. This role requires consistent attention to detail and sustained focus during long work shifts. The employee will operate in close proximity to canals, trucks, heavy machinery, and field personnel, and must maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to be reliable, on time, and ready for work.Must show ability to operate tractors pulling loaded wagons.Must safely load wagons alongside Harvesters, approach, and go over ramp to allow wagons to be dumped.Must maneuverer tractor to and from the field safely with other traffic.Must follow all Safety guidelines and properly use personal protective equipment.

Previous tractor driving experience preferred
