Service Desk Engineering Lead / Engineer - this is a remote opportunity
NOTE: This is NOT a Service Desk Manager role, this is Senior Endpoint/Security Engineer position
The Role:
Leads an endpoint/security engineering workstream. Owns assessment-to-remediation workflow, technical findings, remediation plans, change-window execution, validation reports, workstation baseline engineering, imaging, patch orchestration, rollback, device lifecycle, telemetry, and runbook production.
Must Have:
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • 8+ years in IT, endpoint engineering, or cybersecurity
  • 6+ years performing engineering functions in enterprise environments
  • Formal change control, audit, and security governance experience
  • Windows and macOS image engineering
  • Image automation, validation, rollback, and version control
  • Integration with VDI, EDR, authentication, and logging agents
  • Ivanti and/or KACE
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Windows Autopilot
  • JAMF exposure
  • Endpoint telemetry into SIEM/EDR
  • Forensic collection support
  • Audit readiness.
The resume should include image release cycles, patch validation, rollback, endpoint compliance reporting, log-forwarding validation, and documented change control.
