Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager based in Netherlands.

This role is focused on scaling and optimizing a high-impact affiliate marketing channel for a fast-growing AI-driven health platform. You will take ownership of partner strategy, recruitment, and performance across multiple international markets, including the US, UK, and Europe. The position blends commercial ownership with creative collaboration, as you work closely with content creators, media partners, and internal growth teams to drive measurable acquisition results. You will be responsible for shaping how affiliate partnerships are structured, launched, and scaled, ensuring they consistently deliver strong ROI. Operating in a fast-paced growth environment, you will help build a new affiliate program from the ground up while refining existing performance channels. This is a highly cross-functional role where data, creativity, and execution all come together to drive user growth at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and scale the affiliate marketing program across key international markets including the US, UK, and Europe
  • Build and manage relationships with editorial partners, newsletters, publishers, and media networks aligned with target audiences
  • Develop compelling partner briefs, hooks, and campaign angles in collaboration with creative and content teams
  • Oversee end-to-end affiliate performance, ensuring alignment with CPA, ROAS, and broader growth targets
  • Collaborate closely with growth, analytics, and creative teams to optimize campaigns and improve channel efficiency
  • Launch and support the development of a new affiliate program infrastructure, including go-to-market execution
  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to benchmark commission structures and partnership strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using data tools and attribution systems
  • Ensure accurate tracking implementation across pixels, UTMs, and postback systems
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing roles
  • Proven track record of scaling affiliate or partner channels while meeting CPA and ROAS targets
  • Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, including publishers, media partners, and performance-based campaigns
  • Ability to write strong creative briefs and identify high-converting angles and hooks
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools such as UTMs, pixels, and postback systems
  • Experience with platforms such as Impact, Looker, Superset, or Jira is highly valuable
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness and performance orientation
  • Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or consumer subscription-based products
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and impact
  • Flexible working hours with a strong focus on outcomes over activity
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and mission-driven company culture
  • Opportunity to work on a fast-scaling AI-powered health product with global reach
  • High autonomy in shaping and scaling a new affiliate marketing program
  • Exposure to international markets and high-growth performance marketing strategies
  • Dynamic environment where creativity, data, and experimentation are strongly valued
