Job description

Description
The Computer Science Department of the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York University, invites applications for a full-time Visiting Clinical Faculty position beginning in September 2025.
The position is a 1 year contract that is potentially renewable for up to a total of 3 years. The appointment will be at the rank of Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor, Visiting Clinical Associate Professor or Visiting Clinical Professor. The position is non-tenured and non-tenure-track.
The successful applicant will teach three courses during each of the fall and spring semesters in the department's undergraduate and/or graduate program and is invited to participate in curricular development, program administration, and other educational activities.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary (for 9-month) range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. Qualifications
MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
