Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Data Entry Specialist As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately entering information for generators, waste streams, and quotes into our internal computer applications. This role also shares other data entry responsibilities including imaging and documentation filing.

  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Completes the accurate and timely entry of data into the MMS computer system for generators, waste streams, recertification letters, manifest information, tax exception certificates, etc.
  • Prepares and mails signed documents to generators and government agencies for deliveries to Arcwood's Corporate Office
  • Maintains up to date imaging and filing and ensures documentation is easily accessible, specifically regulatory documents for Arcwood and our customers (manifests, approvals, re-eval letters, etc.)
  • Assists in the maintenance of the image queue for documents that bottleneck within internal systems
  • Completes customer requests for manifest copies, approval files, re-eval letters etc. as needed
  • Supports Corporate switchboard needs on a rotating schedule
  • Completes annual record archiving and serves as a point of contact for Arcwood's record storage vendor
  • Performs manifest review and enters manifests into MMS system; informs appropriate personnel of missing or inaccurate data
  • Completes cross-training and serves as a backup for responsibilities of the Document Control Specialist position
  • Utilizes various office equipment to answer telephones, make copies and complete filing as needed
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Education - High-school diploma or equivalent (required)Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an office-based data entry role (required)
