About the Role:
As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in accurately inputting various types of data into computer systems. Your responsibilities will encompass entering lists of items, numbers, and other data into databases, as well as completing forms displayed on computer screens. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manipulate existing data, edit information, and proofread new entries to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Apply client-specific guidelines meticulously to accurately complete processes and key client materials.
  • Efficiently identify and categorize various client materials to facilitate prompt processing.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet client deadlines and uphold service level agreements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify different document types for proper handling and processing.
  • Maintain organized records of completed work for tracking, auditing, and reference purposes.
  • Follow instructions diligently and communicate effectively with supervisors or trainers to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to maintain data integrity and reliability.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and security measures regarding client information in accordance with established guidelines.
