Job description

Responsibilities:
- Always be marketing and looking for new clients.
- Understand the means, methods, codes, and ordinances related to residential &
commercial roofing.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work within an established system yet
retains the intellectual ability to work outside the system when necessary to get timely
results.
- Communication between our staff, clients, trades and suppliers.
- Must be Proactive with regard to issues.
- Plan well, schedule effectively, and address problems quickly.
- Understand the difference between Urgent and Important.
- Committed to doing quality work the first time, every time.
- Deadline driven, quality conscious, punctual, and respects other people's time.
- Organized and understands the necessity of proper documentation.
- Understand and use delegation with appropriate parties.
Duties:
Pre-Contract:
- Meet clients at their property for an initial consultation.
- Must research home details before meeting.
- Complete a full roof inspection to use later in the process, including measurements,
materials count, and about ~50 photos.
- Sign Contractual documents with Very Clear details including materials used, colors
selected, appropriate installation timing, etc.
During & Post Contract:
- Meet with Project Management to discuss project and details prior to start (if
necessary).
- Solve any issue as necessary to successfully complete the project and payments.
- Meet with client at the end of each project:
o Take final photos.
o Talk with them about their experience.
o As for 2-3 referrals.
