The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple complex projects across residential and commercial sectors. This position requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of architectural projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and meeting notes.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and cost controls.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
