What You'll Do
As an Automotive Quality Control Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle meets CarShop's quality standards before being offered for retail sale.
Responsibilities include:
  • Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet CarShop's quality standards and retail readiness requirements
  • Identify cosmetic, detailing, or quality deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with the Detail Department
  • Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to service and sales teams
  • Verify vehicles meet standards outlined in the CarShop Quality Control Manual
  • Assist the Photography Team with capturing vehicle images as needed
  • Support the Detail Department during periods of increased business demand
  • Maintain accurate quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Help ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
