Job description

Sigmatech is seeking a Space Test and Evaluation Senior Instructor to support the 3rd Test and Evaluation Squadron (3 TES) at Schriever SFB, CO, a critical unit under Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM).

This position develops, validates, standardizes, reviews and instructs training materials for all topics relating to orbital warfare test and evaluation to include DoW test and evaluation standards and practices, orbital mechanics, relative satellite navigation basics in astronautical engineering and space technology, and data analysis.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Support training records maintenance and reviewing curriculum for instructional system design (ISD) compliance.

- Manage squadron strategic training environment plan (training environment includes simulator, classroom, etc).

- Become certified instructor and simulator operator


Bachelor degree in related field.

Security Clearance: US Citizenship is required. Candidates must currently possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).

Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the following:

- DoW test (orbital warfare, electronic warfare or cyber)
- Instructor
- Experimental/ demonstration satellite ops
- Space systems acquisitions


In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
