What You'll do:

We are seeking a QA tester to join our team! This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
  • Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
  • Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results
  • Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Analyzing bugs to identify trends
  • Writing user stories
  • Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Flexibility to travel as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field
  • 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (i.e., Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.)
  • Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in automation testing desired
  • Trusted Tester Certification (508 compliance) desired

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $83,041.00 - $117,314.00
