This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracts Advisor to deliver and prioritize contract review workload, ensuring alignment with business requirements. You will support the application of Group Legal and Commercial policies, implement efficient processes, and manage key internal interfaces across supported businesses. Responsibilities
  • Deliver and prioritize contract review workload across supported businesses
  • Support the application of Group Legal and Commercial policies and processes
  • Assist in implementing common ways of working to maximize value and minimize risk
  • Draft, review, and negotiate confidentiality agreements, client contracts, financial instruments, and MOUs
  • Review proposed contract qualifications to ensure balanced risk
  • Negotiate contractual terms with clients and provide overviews of T&Cs to senior management
  • Identify contractual risks for inclusion in risk management processes
  • Develop prime contract flow-down terms in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Provide contractual interpretation advice and inputs to tender governance processes
  • Support preparation and administration of joint venture or partnering agreements

Expected:
  • JD (or international equivalent)
  • Proven track record in contract review, drafting, and negotiation within a service company environment
  • Strong understanding of contracting principles, policies, and financial systems
  • Excellent knowledge of client contract structures and commercial procedures
  • Relevant client-facing contracting experience (2-6 years)
    Desirable:
  • Licensed and admitted to practice law in the United States, Canada, or one or more Latin American countries
