Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking experienced remediation professionals to join our contractor network for residential and property-related repair projects. This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors looking for flexible project opportunities, ongoing work assignments, and fast payment processing.
Contractors in this role will independently manage remediation and restoration-related projects while maintaining quality workmanship, communication, and professionalism throughout the repair process.

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is a trusted repair and maintenance company with more than 13 years of industry experience. We work closely with property management companies, residential clients, and project teams to provide dependable repair and maintenance solutions across multiple trades.
Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, remediation, kitchen and bath work, and general property maintenance services.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate property damage and determine appropriate remediation solutions
  • Develop repair or remediation plans based on project scope
  • Coordinate with project managers, tenants, homeowners, and clients as needed
  • Schedule and manage crews or subcontractors when applicable
  • Maintain project timelines, communication, and quality standards
  • Follow safety standards and remediation best practices at all times
  • Provide progress updates, photos, and final documentation through the portal system

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of remediation or property repair experience preferred
  • Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
  • Strong understanding of remediation procedures and safety practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage active projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must own tools and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using online portals for work order updates and communication
  • Must currently reside and operate within the United States
