Vault 44.01 ("Vault") is a leading carbon capture & storage ("CCS") developer focused on the development, capitalization, and operation of carbon storage assets throughout North America. Vault's team brings over 90 years of direct carbon storage experience, with involvement in the development of carbon storage projects across North America since 2007.

Vault's capabilities span technical analysis, project design, permitting, stakeholder engagement, land leasing and acquisition, facility construction, and operations. Opportunity:

VaultiscurrentlyseekingaProjectEngineerwithsubsurface,andoperationsengineeringexperiencetosupporttheevaluationanddevelopmentofCCSprojectswithinVault'sdevelopmentportfolio.Asakeymemberoftheteam,theProjectEngineerwillinterfacewithinternalandexternalprojectparticipantsandstakeholderstosupportintegratedprojectdevelopmentincludingtechnicalevaluation,budgeting,economicjustification,regulatoryapproval,andexecutionofprojects.

DescriptionofRole:

EvaluateanddevelopCO2storageprojects:

• Promotesafeexecutionofprojectswithindefinedscope,schedule,andbudget
• Demonstratecommitmenttosafety,includingbutnotlimitedtoprojectdesignandoperations
• Provideengineeringtechnicalsupport(reservoir,drilling,pipelineand/orfacility)
• Collaboratewithamultidisciplinaryteamtoevaluateandexecuteprojects
• Applytechnicalandprojectexperiencetoevaluateprojectalternativesandeffectivelymanagechange
• Interfacewithexternalresourcessupportingprojectrequirements
• Support contractor and vendor coordination, including tracking work scope progress, establishing recurring touchpoints during execution, and assisting with invoice review and approval workflows
• Supportprojecteconomicmodelingandsensitivityassessment
• Support project controls activities including budget tracking, cost forecasting, spend monitoring, and variance identification. Prepare supporting materials for project review meetings

SkillsandQualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science / Engineering (petroleum, mechanical or chemical preferred) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical support roles in the upstream oil and gas and/or carbon capture and storage industry
• Familiaritywithfielddevelopment(reservoirengineering,geology,drilling/completionsand/orfluiddynamicsisanasset)
• Experiencewithcarbonsequestrationorenhancedoilrecoveryisanasset
• ExperiencewithEPAregulations,ClassVIpermittingprocess,orCCS-specificregulatoryframeworksisanasset
