Client Details Our client is an established construction firm specializing in complex federal projects for military and government agencies. With operations across North America and international project sites, the company is recognised for delivering high-value infrastructure and mission-critical facilities while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Description Lead all project quality control activities from preconstruction through closeout Manage compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and federal standards Coordinate inspections, testing programmes, and quality documentation Work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and government stakeholders Drive issue resolution and corrective actions to maintain project schedules and quality objectives Profile A successful Quality Control Manager should have: 10+ years of construction experience 5+ years as a Quality Control Manager, including 3+ years in a lead QCM role Proven experience leading federal construction projects from start to finish US citizenship required and ability to pass background and drug screening Degree preferred; substantial QCM experience on large-scale projects will also be considered Job Offer $130,000 - $160,000+ (location-dependent and negotiable) Year-end bonus based on individual and company performance Per diem provided where applicable Opportunities available in Louisiana, Virginia Beach, Puerto Rico, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba with a streamlined 2-stage interview process Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
