Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Pharma Company in Lexington MA

Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3 PM - 11 PM

Starting Pay is $22.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare and pharmaceutical location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
  • Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate professionally with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
