Synergy companies is looking for a new HVAC Install helper to join our Fresno team. Each year, Millions of dollars are set aside. These dollars are utilized the utility companies to offer energy-saving series and products to customers throughout California. Synergy Companies is privileged to be a trusted partner with the utilities that get to deliver these No-cost products and services directly to the customer.



Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields preferred
  • familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • ability to handle physical workload
  • strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • EPA certification (required)
  • Understanding of roles, regulations, and codes
  • ability to climb, stoop, balance, Crouch, and/ or kneel continually


Responsibilities:

  • install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency maintenance request
  • adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • test and sealing of ducting systems
  • provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete task on time
