Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and secure new equipment sales by calling onmechanical contractors, developers, end users, and general contractors

  • Drive sales acrosscommercial buildings, industrial facilities, and large construction projects

  • Influence project designs by working withconsulting engineersto incorporate company solutions into specifications

  • Meet and exceedmonthly and annual sales goals and quotas

  • Plan and execute sales activities to maximize selling time and expand market share throughstrategic prospecting

  • Build and manage a strongsales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuringaccurateforecasting

  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions using HVAC products and systems

  • Performtake-offs, estimates, proposals, and bid submissions

  • Conductfinancial and lifecycle cost analysisto support solution selling

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineers, Operations, and Leadership) on project execution and strategy

  • Oversee order processing, submittals, and approvals, ensuring compliance with company procedures

  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle and installation process, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

  • Maintain knowledge ofcompetitive products, pricing, and market conditions

Your Qualifications:
